science: grey fox
The grey fox is a type of fox with grizzled gray fur, a white underbelly, and a black tipped tail.
UNIQUA:
The gray fox is one of the 2 canids that can climb trees. Unlike other foxes, gray foxes have oval eyes (like ours) instead of slit eyes (like cats).
FACTS:
Grey foxes mostly eat birds, small mammals, bugs, and fruit. Like other foxes, gray foxes live underground in big dug out holes called burrows. Grey foxes main predators are moutan lions, wolves, coyotes, birds of prey (big meat eating birds), and humans. Grey foxes are also called tree foxes; due to them being the only fox that can climb trees.
