Science: Seals

Seals are brilliant land/sea creatures. I found some interesting things about seals....

DIET:

Seals are carnivores and eat fish. Seals will take fish when dolphins are trapping fish for an easy meal.

WHERE:

There are different kinds of seals that live in different waters. Some seals live in tropical and polar water. Seals that just live in polar water like elephant seals are bigger and have thicker coats.

FACTS:

Seals have thick coats and lots of blubber to keep them warm in cold water. They can detect food with their whiskers. Seals are smart and intelligent beings. They are also very playful .
